# LRP's Education Webinars > LRP's Education Webinars provide interactive, expert-led online training for education professionals — primarily focused on special education law, compliance, and best practices. Webinars are 90 minutes, delivered virtually, and designed so unlimited staff at one location can attend for a single registration fee. Both live and on-demand (recorded) formats are available. Webinars are produced by LRP Media Group, the publisher of Special Ed Connection and DirectSTEP. ## About the Program LRP's Education Webinars deliver timely, practical training on the legal compliance challenges facing school districts, schools, and education offices. Expert presenters — including special education attorneys, behavior specialists, and education consultants — provide authoritative guidance on topics such as IEP development, Section 504 compliance, student behavior and discipline, IDEA procedural requirements, FERPA, and federal education policy.
